PBM, Inc. is a world leader in rapid, point-of-care diagnostics for medical industry. It’s based in Princeton, NJ and we had the unique opportunity to renovate and modernize their 35,000 sq/ft office complex. We also had to add a 400 feet fire lane for safety and accessibility for fire engine.
Hong Medical Center is a 15,000 sq/ft chiropractic office located in Cheltenham, PA. We designed and remodeled Dr. Hong’s office complex inside and out. The unique challenge to this medical complex included specialized wiring for hospital code and installation of medical equipment.
We have also renovated and remodeled various medical offices including dental offices and internal medicine office
Miraku II is a Japanese restaurant located in downtown Philadelphia across from the Kimmel Center. It’s a 3,000 sq/ft design and remodeling that included electric, plumbing and carpentry. The challenge to the designer and architect was creating a unique style to distinguish the restaurant from all other Japanese restaurants. The outcome is a modernized and inviting atmosphere to fit the local scenery.
Korea Garden is a 3,200 sq/ft Korean and Japanese restaurant located in Blue Bell, PA.
Sul-A-Bul, a 6,000 sq/ft Korean restaurant located in Olney, PA.
Miraku, a 3,000 sq/ft Japanese restaurant located in Springhouse, PA.
We have also remodeled several other restaurants in the Tri-State area.
Apartment complex in 1400 block on Walnut Street in downtown Philadelphia, PA is also one of our many renovations that we have done. It’s a 30 unit apartment complex that we have gutted and remodeled everything from sub floor to electric and plumbing to ceiling.
A 12 unit apartment complex located on South Street in heart of Philadelphia is our latest accomplishment. It was redesigned and remodeled from top to bottom.
