Addus Group is currently contracted to remodel a 12 story Staybridge Suites by Holiday Inn in downtown Baltimore. It requires every facet of construction from general management to job site management to complete this project. This current project is contracted for design, HVAC, electric, plumbing, mechanical and finishing. Addus Group has been contracted to realize the owner’s dream of creating a hotel that will be servicing Baltimore and greater Washington, DC area.
